The Workshop
Sven's shop is nestled in the woods just outside of Big Bay, MI. He combines luthiery techniques that have been proven for years with innovative new styles of construction. His hand tools range from Japanese chisels and rasps, to Stanley handplanes. Large power tools are used for rough cutting and resawing wood. The shop is climate controlled in order to retain a constant humidity level of 48%. The spray booth is fully vented and filtered.
